Option 1:  Existing Staff

Select 1 Existing Staff from the Manage Staff Menu to display the Existing Staff screen. Use this 
screen to edit staff information for a selected Station.

  1. Select a Station from the drop-down list. If the Station ID is pre-populated, the list of staff members is displayed as in Step 2.

  1. The list of staff members assigned to the Station is displayed.  A maximum of 10 results appears per screen. Click the 
    indicated scroll arrows to navigate multiple results screens.

  1. Select/highlight a Username row.

  1. The Edit User screen is displayed.  Select/highlight a row to edit and proceed to revise Station Assignments.

  1. Repeat this procedure as necessary to modify additional staff resource assignments.
