After logging in, the system may detect an in-progress inspection that can be resumed. Depending on the type of in-progress inspection, the user is presented with the opportunity to either:

• Resume an inspection from which the user has logged out during the inspection prior to the road test
• Resume an inspection after a Road Test has been performed

Logged Out During Inspection

If you logged off the system during a safety systems inspection, your next login will prompt whether to continue the Inspection in Progress.

• Select Resume to continue the safety systems inspection at the point of prior logoff.
• Select New Inspection to display the Scan Vehicle VIN screen and begin entry of vehicle information for a new safety systems inspection.

Resuming an Inspection after a Road Test

If you selected No from the Road Inspection Complete? screen, your next login will prompt whether to continue the Inspection in Progress.

• Select Resume to continue the safety systems inspection and complete the road test.
• Select New Inspection to display the Scan Vehicle VIN screen and begin entry of vehicle information for a new safety systems inspection.
