DAD Diagnostics

Use the following screens to perform DAD Diagnostics.

  1. Select 4 DAD Diagnostics from the Main Menu. The system will display the User Login screen.
    Scan your badge.

The following User Login screen is displayed if you are Unable to Scan. Follow the screen instructions to
enter your Username and then click Continue.

The system will display the User Authentication screen. Scan your palm.

Please note the following:

  1. Inspectors must enroll with BAR before using biometric with BAR-OIS.
  2. Biometric use will be mandatory for DAD Diagnostics.
  3. Place either hand in the biometric cradle to scan with palm above sensor. Do not touch the sensor. See
    the image below for guidance on hand positioning.

The following User Authentication screen is displayed if you are  Unable to Scan. Follow the screen
instructions to enter your Password and then click Submit.

  1. Click  Continue on the following screen to acknowledge the Terms and Conditions.

  1. DAD Diagnostics Results: Results will be successful or failed.
