Recovering a Username

Recover Username
from the
Manage Account Menu
. The
Recover Username
screen is displayed
Enter the e-mail address associated with your account
and then select
Submit
to receive an e-mail with your
account information.
Select
Cancel
to return to the
Manage Account Menu.
